MAYFIELD COURSES
Co-operative Governance two-day workshop
This intensive two-day workshop through Cooperative Business New Zealand is designed for directors, executives and shareholders who want to deepen their understanding of governance within a co-operative context.
Integrating the Rochdale Principles with governance frameworks, the workshop explores the unique dynamics, opportunities, and challenges of co-operative governance. It is best suited to those with an existing foundation in governance, and assumes a working knowledge of both general and co-operative governance frameworks.
Focused on the unique dynamics of cooperative governance
Experienced facilitators with backgrounds in cooperative governance and executive leadership
Suitable for shareholders, directors and executives within cooperatives
Over two days, participants in Mayfield’s Co-operative Governance workshop will engage in interactive exercises, real-world case studies, and practical discussions.
